I've always wondered this question, I have an oven meat-thermometer with a probe that you can safely leave inside the oven. Can you put this in meat for when you pan-sear and/or pan-cook meat as well? I figure, if it can survive a roast in the oven...why can't it do it on top of a pan?

Real pictures of cell parts?

In my science cl we have to do this part orally and we have to look at a cell on a microscope and tell my teacher what you see as far as parts (nucleus,golgie bodies ex) but I have been having trouble identifying the different parts! I am totally freaking out! So if anyone could direct me to a website or something that has REAL photos of the parts that would be great..not just diagrams but real pics Also if there are any real photos of the parts of the cell cycle that would be awsome!
