whats up everyone, i dont knwo what i should do, im a very strong kciker and puncher, but i really like to grapple i wanna do something where i can just knock someones *** out im like 178 pounds, 5'8, im 14, bench bout 170 with 20 reps, arm curl 50 with 1 arm 10 reps, what u think is good?? p.s. im a fast puncher
