How can i migrate any good country with my family?

I want to mi grate any good country because i like to see my two little kids studying and living peacefully to any good country. my elder son always afraid to see bomb attack in Sri lanka. he always told me to go another peaceful country.my husband and i haven't good educational background.we do all these for our little kids future.thankyou.sorry for have any grammer mistake
