Why do Liberals want to change the constitution?

America is a country of many different opinions and ideas. It is not politically conservative everywhere. It is liberal in the more urban centers where you find more sophisticated intellectual independent thinkers. They left the Constitution open in nature to interpretation and changes. it is not a static doent. What worked 250 years ago does not apply today. We had one cl of decision makers, all Anglo-Saxon and Protestant men.
