Mustang 302 . will ford bronco 1988 302 fit into 94 mustang?

i have messed up engne i can buy bronco for 250 300 and claims i can drive it home 60 miles. i just need engine and thats worth 250 300 to me. so will a 1988 bronco engine 302 efi fit into a 94 mustang 302 efi factory. now im talking direct bolt up with NO fab work. maybe intake or a part swap but no grinding, all i got is gravel area to swap these engines so its going to be hard anyways
