I kinda like this guy from other cl which his cl is next to mine. And i am not sure whether he knows me?

i kinda like this guy and sometimes in school i try to look out for him. But it's useless anyway , i think he barely know me but sometimes he look at me so i think he'll recognize. Every time i past by him about an inch away, i pretended not to know him neither do i look at him. I have never look at him directly before so when i p by him i do not know whether is he looking at me.Cause i cant see his face without wearing my specs but if i put on my specs i look ugly in it. That's why i never look at him. I always p by the dining table where he and his friends at during recess and i dare not look at him. What shall i do? It feels hard liking that person which you doesn't know whether he likes you back or know you.
