I think its about how life has its ups and downs and you can have problems.. but here he is saying the one thing that is perfect in his life is his girl.. he doesnt care if everything else goes terribly as long as shes there. But hes saying that if she doesnt love him she should lie to him and say she does because he cares about her so much and shes the one thing that is perfect and that he believes in his life.
