Did Jesus deny salvation for any of his followers?

Salvation was brought to all but not all want salvation as it has specific rules to follow. This is not surprising as there were specific rules to create that salvation. In order to have the salvation, a sacrifice had to be made by a sinless man/God. In order to accept that salvation, a sacrifice of dieing to self and self's desires must take place, with a symbolic burial of that dead person (in water of baptism) and a symbolic resurrection (from that water). If anyone ignores these rules, salvation is not denied them, but they have refused it.
