Early menopause? Is it possible at 31?

I am 31 years old and for the last year have been having irregular periods. I have always been regular, never skipping any months. But now I am having periods like every 3 to 4 months only. Sometimes all I get is very light pink on toilet paper when I wipe. I havent gained or loss any weight. No medications, no stress, not pregnant. Could I be going into very early menopause? I have hot flashes but have had them for about 5 years now. Does anybody know what might be wrong?
