A good rim cleaner?

i have an 85 toyota supra with the original rims, i believe they are alloy but im not sure. the rims are pretty dirty and i tried a brillo pad and some turtle wax rim cleaner but it didnt make them shine, and i know they can shine because my spare rim is shiney. i need some good rim cleaner and where to buy it at
