How do i ask this guy to sadie hawkins?

So i want to surprise my boyfriend on our 1 month anniversary by asking him to sadie. I have it all planned out im going to make a cake with 4 cupcakes and it will say happy one month on the top, then in the middle of the four cup cakes there will be a note asking him to sadie.... the problem is i want the note to be sweet, and cleverly written.. so does anyone have any clue on what i should write?
