Who's voice is 'bessie higgenbottom' in the Nickelodeon cartoon, 'the mighty bee'?

i just watched two episodes with my 3 year old and laughed my off. it may be just as good as spongebob squarepants. any way, the girl, bessie higgenbottom's voice sounds like the voice of snl's Amy Poehler...does anyone know if it is her?
